Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. All items ship from Nebraska, USA and all pricing are listed in US Dollars.  We make every effort to ship orders paid by noon Central Time on the same day. Orders paid later in the day are processed as quickly as possible, but priority is given to earlier submissions to ensure prompt fulfillment.  Shipping times are generally 3-5 business days domestically within the 48 contiguous states, 5-10 business days outside the 48 states, and 7-14 business days internationally.  Please note that Paiste products are not available for international shipping or any discounts.

Shipping Rates & Cost Calculation Shipping costs are determined based on the item's weight, the dimensions of the shipping box, and the shipping destination. Customers can calculate exact shipping costs in the shopping cart based on their shipping location.  Simply add the items to the cart and click view cart.  On the right side in the "Shipping" section add your shipping country, state, city, and postal code.

International Shipping For international orders, shipping charges displayed at checkout cover all shipping costs except for local duties, taxes, or customs fees, which vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to Multiple Recipients Need to ship items to multiple recipients or addresses? Simply select "Ship to multiple addresses" (in blue) in the "Shipping" section at checkout, located to the left of "Shipping Address." This allows you to ship items to as many recipients and addresses as you wish.

When shipping to multiple recipients, all items must ship at the same time. Holds are not available on orders to multiple recipients unless the whole order is held for all recipients in the order. If part of the order needs to be held, you need to make separate orders.


Hold Policy

We are happy to hold items for up to 30 days if you need to place an order on hold to finalize your decision. To request a hold, please make a note in the “comments section” of your order. To do this, select the "Pay by Cheque" option at checkout. This will not charge your payment method but will reserve the item(s) for 30 days while you make your final decision.

When you are ready to complete your purchase, you may pay by credit card, PayPal, check, or money order. After 30 days, items will no longer be held and will be released back into inventory.

Additionally, if you have already completed payment but need your items delivered after a specific date, we can hold them for up to 30 days. Please make a note in the “comments section” of your order as to which date you would like your order delivered, and we will make sure your order is delivered that date or later.


Easy Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, returning an item is simple and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

  • Standard Products: Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom, personalized, or special-order products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If we made an error with your order (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Fast Refund Processing Expect your refund processed quickly:

  • Transit Time: 5-10 business days for us to receive your return.
  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days to process your refund.
  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.

Simple Return Instructions

  1. Contact us at silverskyimports@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Repackage the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
